She was supportive and professional and with her help I have been able to begin the journey back to truly living my life. She has changed my life in a very real way and I’m so proud of myself for making it as far as I did with her help. Thank you!

Talking about mental health can seem daunting, but we’ve all had conversations with people about bereavements, breakups and other life events. They don’t always start easily but they often mean a lot to a person having a tough time.

The more we talk about our mental health, the more we encourage others to do the same. A key step to reducing the stigma associated with mental health.

This Neurodiversity Celebration Week, we recognise and celebrate that every individual brings their own unique strengths to the world, contributing to the rich fabric of society.

Celebrating neurodiversity is about acknowledging and valuing the myriad ways our brains function. In the same way that everyone looks different, everyone’s brain operates differently as well.

Together, let's appreciate the unique perspectives each person brings and celebrate the diversity of thought that enriches our communities, fosters innovation, and brings us closer to understanding the full spectrum of human experience.
