In respect to therapy, the frequency of sessions/ length of input varies according to a person’s individual situation. At the initial assessment, the clinician will give you an estimate of how much work they think may be required. If necessary, they can tailor the length of therapy holding financial constraints in mind.

If you are covered by private medical insurance, it is sometimes possible for you to claim back costs from your insurer. Please ensure you discuss this with us from the outset. Arrangements vary between clinics.
