Steven Stych

Operations Director

A brief introduction

As Operations Director, Steven’s role is quite varied. As well as directing non-clinical activities at the Loughborough clinic, Steven also oversees the activities of the growing Purple House network (systems, development, marketing, finance, website etc.).

The road to Purple House was indirect. Steven graduated from Oxford (Geography), qualified as a teacher some time later, and then completed a Master’s degree in Urban Conservation! Consequently, many of Steven’s role-specific skills are self-acquired.

Steven loves working at Purple House, and is proud to have developed a company (together with Dr Katie Morris) that practices what it preaches – operating with integrity, and high standards  – but with empathy at its core.

Outside of work, Steven enjoys going to the gym, listening to podcasts, reading and following the continuing misfortunes of Sheffield Wednesday Football Club. However, Steven enjoys being a dad to his two young children more than anything else.
