Adult Individual Therapy
Our online therapy services provide compassionate, evidence-based support for individuals facing mental health difficulties including anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma. Child & Family Support
Our child and family online therapy services provide valuable support for young people and families experiencing emotional, behavioural, or mental health challenges. Expertise and Experience
Dr Morris is the co-founder and CEO of the Purple House Clinic network, as well as Clinical Director of the Purple House Clinic Leicester. She is a Registered Clinical Psychologist (HCPC) and a Chartered Psychologist (BPS). Dr Morris’ role as CEO at Purple House includes overseeing support to Purple House clinics and taking a lead on clinical governance and service development. As Clinical Director at our Leicester based clinic, Dr Morris co-ordinates our multidisciplinary team of clinicians and oversees referrals.
Dr Morris has been qualified as a Clinical Psychologist for over 15 years and more recently she has undertaken additional specialist training in Coaching Psychology. She is experienced in working with clients of all ages - adults, children and adolescents. She is able to offer assessment and therapeutic intervention for a range of common psychological issues including depression, anxiety, stress/burnout, trauma, emotional / interpersonal problems and child behavioural problems. She has a particular interest in psychological coaching and helping adults manage work-related stress and achieve personal and professional goals. Dr Morris utilises several therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Schema Therapy and attachment models.
Prior to working in private practice, Dr Morris worked in the NHS for 9 years, including 4 years as a Specialist Clinical Psychologist in Child and Adolescent Mental Health.

2009 - Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy), University of Lincoln.
2007 - Master of Science in Applied Neuropsychology (MSc), with merit, University of Nottingham.
2002 - Bachelor of Science in Psychology (BSc. Hons.), first class, University of Essex.

About Steven
As co-founder and Operations Director of The Purple House Clinic, Steven plays a pivotal role in both the strategic oversight and daily management of the company. His responsibilities are broad, encompassing the direction of all non-clinical activities at the Loughborough clinic and steering the operational framework—including systems, development, marketing, and finance—for the growing Purple House network.
Steven brings a varied academic background to his role, including a degree in Geography from the University of Oxford and a Master's in Urban Conservation. However, his comprehensive operational skill set has been developed first-hand, through his deep immersion in building The Purple House Clinic from its inception. By helping to grow the company into a major force in UK private mental health and neurodiversity care, he has cultivated the expertise required to manage a leading clinical practice.
Together with co-founder Dr. Katie Morris, Steven is proud to have built a company that embodies its core values. The Purple House Clinic is committed to operating with unwavering integrity and the highest professional standards, all while keeping empathy at its heart.
Outside of work, Steven is a dedicated father to his three young children. He also enjoys going to the gym, listening to podcasts, reading, and following the continuing misfortunes of Sheffield Wednesday Football Club.

Mary has worked at Purple House for a number of years. With experience of both the private and education sectors both within a supportive and administrative capacity.

With over 10 years of experience, Jessica has worked with children, adolescents, and families, helping them navigate a variety of challenges including eating disorders, body image issues, anxiety, and low mood. She’s passionate about supporting young people in feeling empowered and confident, both online and in-person.
In addition to her work with young people, Jessica also offers remote therapy for adults dealing with anxiety and depression. Whether it's in an inpatient or outpatient setting, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, and is skilled in CBT and approaches like DBT, which she tailors to meet the unique needs of each individual, including those with neurodevelopmental conditions.
