Expertise and Experience

Mr Hubbard is an Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and has built up extensive knowledge, skills and experience, working for many years in the NHS, treating adult patients with a range of mental health, psychological and emotional problems. He is currently working part-time in their ‘Improving Access to Psychological Therapies Service’ (IAPT) where he provides therapy for a wide range of Common Mental Health Problems e.g. depression, anxiety, trauma, phobias, obsessions, eating disorders etc. Mr Hubbard also works privately, in the Grantham and 15 mile surrounding area, and is pleased to visit adult, couples and adolescents 13+ on a domiciliary basis, in their own homes, for psychotherapy sessions.
