Expertise and Experience

Dr Trikic′ is a Registered Counselling Psychologist and a Chartered Psychologist. She provides psychological therapy and assessment. Dr Trikic′ works with clients across the lifespan including children, adolescents and adults experiencing a range of psychological difficulties including depression, anxiety, phobias, obsessive/compulsive problems, trauma, and eating disorders.

Dr Trikic′ specialises in child psychology, trauma and eating disorders. She works utilising a range of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Psychodynamic psychotherapy, and Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET).

Dr Trikic′ has over fifteen years’ experience working with young people and adults experiencing emotional difficulties, including seven years in the NHS. As well as having her independent practice, she provides therapy, consultation and supervision to a private eating disorder hospital, and a consultative role to a football academy.
