Unfortunately, we are not able to provide crisis support to clients outside of appointment times. Further, due to the nature of our work, we are often not able to respond to telephone messages immediately. For these reasons, we ask that you please direct any issues needing urgent help/advice to other agencies.
Please find listed below a list of organisations that can help in the event that you need urgent/ out of hours support to help with emotional difficulties or a mental health crisis.It may be useful to share this information with a family member/friend or carer so that they can help support you in the event of a crisis.
GP/ Urgent Mental Health Care
Your GP may be able to talk through any concerns, offer advice or refer you for urgent help. Alternatively, you can find out about access to urgent health care by calling 111.
Life Threatening Behaviour
Always call 999.
Safeguarding Concerns
If you have concerns about the safety of a child or a vulnerable adult, contact your local authority safeguarding children/safeguarding vulnerable adults department. If it is an emergency call 999.
